Two recently appointed Board of Commissioners of the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) members, Atty. Kla-Edward Toomey, II, and Amara M. Kamara, on June 28, toured the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) key electricity generation facilities, the Mount Coffee Hydropower and Bushrod Power Plants.
